They lose some good football players but should be pretty good.

The Junior class is very strong. They return almost everyone from last years team and have the potential to be the best team since 2012.

Mason Smith, Camen Velasquez, Garet Talbot and Mica Alford will be their main weapons returning.

Yes, but I think that they make up for it with athleticism. A lot more play-makers to mention on defense and offense. I think this year for the first time ever there will be a battle for QB with several different players having a real shot at it.

I would love to see the 6'7 Miles kid line up at receiver or tight end.

They need to make sure they get all the pieces back from last year. I heard they also have a big freshman class coming in and a couple that my help right off.

I would be on the look out for a couple of new guys possibly playing next year. If so, they would be great additions. The junior and sophomore classes are both solid. Both the sophomore and eighth grade classes won middle school titles. If they can get the quarterback position resolved, with the defense they have coming back, I expect them to have a very successful season!

If they want to strike, next year will be the time. I anticipate Holy Cross and Lloyd both to take significant steps back. NewCath will be the team to beat, but do not expect them to be an immovable object.

 

W-V might have a shot at the Regional Finals if they can build off momentum.
