January 13, 20179 yr USC has 256. Did you subtract a few that got taken away? I figured they'd be here too, then thought about the games they got stripped of.
January 13, 20179 yr Clemson is tied for the most wins in the last 1 year, with Alabama. If you go back to since 2012 Ohio State has the highest win percentage, Bama has the most wins Since 2003 Boise State has won the most games, with Ohio State being three shy Since 2005 Ohio State has won the most games, and I believe that is without the vacated wins Since 2007 Alabama has the most wins (I think OSU would have more if you give the vacated wins) In the past two years Florida State has the 12th most wins though, Clemson Bama and OSU being at the top.

The NZAA picks and chooses what they want to enforce. They are a hypocritical organization. What they did to USC was a load of crap.
