Get your buds to take out the 2s, 3s and 4s. 5s are 5 points, 10s and 14s are 10 points, 1s are 15 points and the bird is 20 points, 180 total. 120 minimum to open. Ten cards per hand, 5-card kitty. If you have the hand to shoot the moon you have to call it - and the suit - before you look at the kitty. Ask your partner for his best (usually your trump suit). Then you pick up the kitty and get rid of your worst 6 cards. Not the only way to play by a long shot,but that's our weekly game.
January 18, 20179 yr I'm at a poker game a few hours ago and Ms Slick texts and asks me to stop at convenient store and get some milk for kids breakfast before school. $4.49 a gallon, I about died when I saw the price.

January 18, 20179 yr Slept from about 10:45 to 11:45 and woke myself up snoring. Couldn't fall back to sleep until 4:30. Watched Saw 3 and 8MM. Guess I'm not just yet adjusted from my trip overseas. :irked:
