Was the OCath / Butler County game as lopsided as the score would suggest? Not to look ahead too far, but what, if anything, can we learn about the potential MF/OCath matchup from this week's contest? How does BC's passing game stack up relative to OCath's?

You are correct. Sorry about that. I meant to ask if there is only a two TD difference between the teams or if the game was more lopsided than the final score would suggest.

I think Catholic was missing some kids on D. The Butler Co offense is good, but OC QB threw 3 ints inside their own 20. Their D was in a hole all night. Butler should of scored a lot more but didn't.

Love the King Rex story and am glad he got a home playoff win his Senior year, but this is the end of the line Friday night, but I do see them scoring a couple TDs. Problem is Mayfield will score a ton of TDs.

The game was close. It was tied under 5-6 minutes left. Catholic got a big TD and then stopped Butler on a big 4th and 1 on the following possession. Von Williams scored on the next play, i do believe. The Aces are young but they still know how to win games late.

 

Butler's defense has a tall task in this one. I do think Rex and the Bear's offense can keep it in reach for a short time with Mayfield pulling out a running clock in the 2nd half. Mayfield is just a different level of football IMO.
