November 4, 20169 yr In a year where none of my teams won, (unless you count the Cavs but I'm not a diehard Cavs fan) it's about the best sports year I could imagine. This World Series was fantastic, but it's 2nd to the College basketball championship game for me at least.

I'm not a huge soccer guy, but I enjoy watching the big international matches and that was certainly one for the ages especially with Portugal still winning after Ronaldo went down.
November 4, 20169 yr Author How about Leicester City - 5,000-1 shot - winning the Premier League? I came back to the thread to add the Olympics - Bolt, Phelps, US women gymnasts, etc. Someone was correct to beat me to it. I've been around a long time, and this may just be the best sports year ever.
