October 28, 20169 yr .....What it takes/enough talent to make a deep run in the playoffs? Starters: Gibson (PF) R. Lopez © Rondo (PG) D-Wade (SG) J. Butler (SG) Bench: Mirotic (PF) Felicio (PF) McDermott (SF) I. Cannan (PG) M. Carter-Williams (PG) B. Portis (PG) P. Ziper (SF) D. Valentine (SG) The Bulls did open the season tonight with a 105-99 win over the visiting Celtics. Butler had 24 and Wade had 22. Gibson had 18 and Mirotic came off the bench and added 15.... So my ? is, do the Bulls have what it takes to make a deep playoff run? Not talking about winning the NBA title, obviously, the Warriors are gonna come out of the west (be surprised if they don't) and play probably the Cavs again but do the Bulls have what it takes to make it to the second round or maybe the eastern conference finals?
October 28, 20169 yr That lineup is not impressive. I think Rondo could be the key. At one point, he was one of the most dynamic players in the league. Then he became a team cancer. If he can return to form, the Bulls have a shot at the playoffs, mostly because they're in the Eastern conference.
October 28, 20169 yr If they can keep themselves out of the 8 seed, yes, they can make the second or even the Conference Title series.
October 28, 20169 yr If they can keep themselves out of the 8 seed, yes, they can make the second or even the Conference Title series. The main thing is for the Bulls to not have any major injuries.
October 28, 20169 yr The main thing is for the Bulls to not have any major injuries. The main thing for the Bulls is getting Butler, Rondo, and Wade on the same page. If that happens, they're a threat in the East. And if Butler, Wade, Rondo isn't the pecking order, CHI is doing 2016-17 wrong.
November 1, 20169 yr No they don't have what it takes. Won 118 to 88 they have the best offense in the NBA right nowm
November 1, 20169 yr Won 118 to 88 they have the best offense in the NBA right nowm No they don't. :lol2:
November 3, 20169 yr I don't think so because... 1.Too many players who need to play with the ball in their hands. 2. Not enough good shooters. 3. Not enough defense
January 5, 20179 yr Not now benched Rondo and now supposedly shopping Jimmy Butler their best player makes no sense.
January 5, 20179 yr Author yep and apparently Rondo will seek a trade if he continues to get benched.
January 5, 20179 yr But they beat the Cavs!!! Oh, what's that? Jordan McRae and DeAndre Liggins were in Cleveland's starting line up? nvm...
