Caught it out of Ft. Lauderdale. 83" Sailfish. He had a pretty good day. Caught several kings and a barracuda.

Both. Tagged, measured and released.

How about that one?

Release or wall?

Typically Can't mount saltwater fish. Correct me if I'm wrong @spindoc but do some folks take the nose and tail and those can be mounted? Shame to do it IMO.

Everything is a replica these days. I'm not sure about the nose and tail deal. But it was really cool to see that thing swim off.

Their color fades so fast. Glad to see him live to be caught again.

It's pretty cool. The tag, if the fish gets caught again, will be recorded on a website for you to track his movement. One of the fish they caught last summer was caught again this summer on the coast of Mexico.
