October 10, 201610 yr Who did he rape? Monica consented. Um, Juanita Broderick...he was also forced to settle a sexual harassment/indecent exposure lawsuit from Paula Jones for $850,000. Cathleen Willey was groped and had to fight to keep from being raped by him. fortunately all she ended up with was a bloody lip and damaged psyche. These issues along with his well publicized affairs should have been enough to turn voters off, in my opinion.
October 10, 201610 yr Who did he rape? Monica consented. Abuse of authority. The President vs a 19 year old intern. His power and authority over her is textbook abuse of authority rape.

October 10, 201610 yr Here’s why I’m offended by what Mr. Trump said. Here’s why many women are. First, ultimately, he believes (like many other men) that his maleness alone affords him some sort of “right” in life that females cannot attain. From his tone to his words, everything about him screams that he is somehow doing a woman a favor if he has anything nice to say about her. Which leads to the second point. He seems to genuinely believe that saying something nice is confined to how a woman looks. If there are examples out there of him offering a compliment to a woman based upon her abilities, please correct me by posting them here. Thirdly, between his “male” rights and his “rights of power”, Donald Trump believes women to be pawns to be used at his pleasure, or scorned if they aren’t his pleasure. He proudly discusses his tactics. Actually, maybe “proudly” isn’t the word. He doesn’t sound so much like he’s bragging, but that this is just matter of fact, the way things are in his world. And he’s not alone. There are many men who feel this way, or do to some degree. I’ll be blasted for this, but I really don’t give a crap. Men don’t get to tell me how I feel about the sort of sentiments that Donald Trump expresses. After seeing days’ worth of comments excusing Mr. Trump’s words as “locker room” talk, and my experience here seeing threads where women are discussed and reduced in merit to their attractiveness of their “assets”, or demeaned in her abilities because of her looks, I’m certain that more men than not are applauding Mr. Trump. Don’t you (used broadly) dare deign to tell me what I should or should not excuse. The attitudes of men like Mr. Trump are why we have Brock Turners, and fathers like Brock Turners father, and judges like the one who handed down that sentence. I’ve known this whole election that I cannot vote for Donald Trump. But now I know I will be voting for Hilary Clinton. Why? Because 1) Bill Clinton’s transgressions aren’t Hillary’s. 2) It is the most viable way to cast a vote and ensure Donald Trump won’t be elected. 3) Because men have cast aspersions on her for decades. They’ve slammed her for staying with Bill. They’ve slammed her for being a strong woman. They’ve slammed her for her looks. They’ve slammed her for her pantsuits. Frankly, I’m voting for Hilary BECAUSE MEN DON’T LIKE HER! So, thank you to all you Donald Trump apologists. I now have settled that question for myself.
October 10, 201610 yr Plus, they have slammed her for Behghazi where she ignored the pleas for help from Chris Stevens and the other, now dead, heroes, and Whitewater, and Travelgate, and for stealing valor by claiming to have been under sniper fire when she was not, and for defaming and harassing Bills's rape victims, and for Deleting 33,000 emails while under subpoena to retain them, and for putting our National Security at risk for her personal convenience...the list goes on and on.

October 10, 201610 yr I've decided I'm not done ranting. Trump's "apology" for this is pathetic. He apologizes to his family. Really?! Screw that! What about the women he was talking about? Don't they deserve an apology? He's only apologizing to his family because it's the minimum amount of apology possible. He regrets it? Bull. He regrets he didn't make sure the mic wasn't hot. And you can list every single thing that Hilary has ever been accused of. You can list everything Bill has ever been accused of. But don't you dare hold Trump up as a better alternative. You cast your vote for Trump. I'm not going to apologize, nor be shamed by anyone, for deciding to vote for Hilary.

October 10, 201610 yr great post @rockmom One more thing, they hate her in part for qualities that they admire in men. (I am not her biggest fan either btw, to say the least). But, just as one example, there has been criticism over this public position and private position statement of hers. It's criticized as a character flaw. But for Trump, it is a "shrewd negotiating tactic." Same characteristic, but for her it's a flaw and for him it's an attribute.

You want me to stay riled up? :lol2: Having personally been subject to professional criticism because I play the game the way the "men" do, I could go on and on about that. Actually, at times, I've been accused of having balls (but not in a complimentary way). I believe in head to head, transparent tackling of issues. But, ironically, many men I know tell me I need to play the politics game and utilize subterfuge to solve issues. And once, early in my career, I questioned a man. He told me that my questioning him was career suicide. I should just find a husband and get married (again) because that's all I would ever be good for. And I was told by my ex that I wasn't worthy of having his last name. I could go on and on. My apologies to the good men, and I know they're out there. But I've met too many of the Donald Trumps of real world. And make no mistake...money is is not what makes Donald Trump the butthole that he is. That's all male braggadocio.

October 10, 201610 yr Is there a non-complimentary way to have them? I would hate to find out at this late date that I have them in a less-than-positive way. Apparently. If you're female, it can be or may not be a compliment. :lol2: Its' all in the delivery. :lol2:

It is well documented. I'm not disagreeing that what Trump said was wrong and shouldn't have been said.
