I stand by my post. That's the problem, this thread is just like the media. Focus on Trump's ills and give Hillary a pass.

 

I haven't given anybody a pass. I simply asked for reasoning without mentioning the other candidate. I haven't seen many legitimate reasons that don't involve Hillary, that's my point.

 

If I had it my way, EVERY candidate regardless of party would run their campaign without acknowledging the other candidate even exists, and run their campaign based on what they will do, rather than how they're not the other candidate.

Your last sentence sounds like the rules the moderators have used in the debates.

 

I added that because I assumed the anti-Dem/pro-Trump crowd can't produce very many reasons to vote for Trump other than he's not Hillary.

 

Also the, "If you vote for Hillary, you get what you deserve" mantra being thrown around is the most hilarious thing I've read in a while on here, considering those saying it are voting for Trump.

I can't vote for a person if they uphold their parties stance on being pro-abortion. How is that so hard to understand?

So far I have gathered:

 

- Shock treatment, shake up Washington

- Reducing regulations in Washington

- Protecting American Jobs

- He isn't a Democrat

- Wont make the SCOTUS more liberal

- Says what he thinks

- Border Control

- Abortion

I fully understand the idea of having someone who isn't a career politician in the White House to shake some things up. I think it would be great in a lot of ways.
