If HC follows a power run game plan they will win by 2 td's. If not this will be a defensive battle with HC still winning a close one. BW is a well coached team and will not shoot themselves in the foot for the most part, so they have a chance to get the W if HC plays bad.

 

HC is bigger and faster than BW so coaching will be the key for BW and Rash is one of the best in NKY.

Bigger is a definite. Faster is not even close. The problem is will there be creases to rush through and will BW give QB enough time for receivers to gain separation. Agree 100%, this is HC's best chance ever for a win.

I have seen both teams play. Beechwood will need to execute well on offense to win this one. Holy Cross is a senior dominated team. That is a big advantage for them. Beechwood will win if they get their passing game on track. I don't think Holy Cross has a speed advantage. Both teams have fast players. Beechwood's defense is all about speed since they are not very big. Doan for Somerset was very fast and quick and he didn't do anything against the Tigers defense until late in the game when Beechwood had a big lead. Lloyd's backs and receivers were not able to make any big plays either. Covington Catholic struggled running the ball against Beechwood till fatigue set in for the Tigers defense in the second half.
