GRC vs Pulaski Southwestern

This game is at Southwestern.Should be a great game. Who will win?

Will be tuff winning on the road, but I will pick GRC by 3.

I like SW in this only because they have a QB with a little more experience in Jones, and I think in a close game that will be pivotal. I'll SW 21 GRC 14

Going to be a good one. Last year OT. win by GRC by 3. How can you ask for more. I'll give the edge to SW as well only because of homefield. Going to be another good one at the Reservation. Have a safe trip over GRC and enjoy the drive it's not bad at all.

If my memory serves me right GRC was down 22-0 at the half last year...great comback second half. I too expect a great game. Agree about the QB situtation. Not taking anything away from Douggie Mason, great athlete...just needs some more games under his belt.

Southwesterns oline play was so much better friday night. Hampton, Smart, and SW's new threat Lovins will run wild. I look for SW to have another track meet this week and win 35-20

I think GRC, QB maturity level as made some improvements, there not dramatic, but hes on the right track. Also I would like to see our RB`s take there game to the next level, and don`t hold back, this is a well coached SWP team, there athletes are very good and they play hard every down.

Even though its at Southwestern, i like GRC in this one. My prediction:

Southwestern: 20

If the Def, keeps stepping up, and our backs have abreak out game, GRC, will improve to (2-1) and win this game by 14. I feel ClarkCo, running will be there ticket to finding there passing which will make them hard team to beat.

You need to go read the Somerset/Southwestern game thread about rushing yards. Less than 100 yards rushing to both Danville and Somerset combined in the last two games. Going to be tough for GRC to have a break-out rushing game against the Warriors!!!

Southwestern is a good team at home, I am not sold on GRC...yet. I'll say SW wins it 35-24.

Warrior, thats just it, (Danville and Somerset,) less then 100 yards, thats why are backs need to recognize, and don`t hold back. Make somesthing happen, take it to the house. With that being said. Warrior I know how competitive SW, team is, there very quick, and there very good every body in Winchester knows this will be a true test for the cards as a team.

From the way you were talking about having a young qb and needing the running game to improve the passing game I think you could be in for a long night. I'm sure you'll be bigger up front and harder to run on than Somerset so SW might not score as much so I'll say SW 26-GRC 7. This is just a guess though as I've not seen GRC play the last 2 years.

The Cards are getting better each game.

They are better at passing this year, last year Hudson did more running then passing. Doug, reads defenses, and checks off, plays, and he starting to check down to the number (2) and (3) WRs.
