September 14, 201610 yr Too many to mention, but just about every Beatles song from every Beatles album. Not true bball. There are some whacky/weird Beatles songs that most people have never heard and just didn't get played on the radio unless it was some late night 3:00am "deep cuts" rock jock program. And I don't think that's counts in this.
September 14, 201610 yr Billy Squier's 2nd release - "Don't Say No" was top heavy with radio songs... In The Dark The Stroke My Kinda Lover You Know What I Like Too Daze Gone Lonely Is the Night Whadda You Want from Me Nobody Knows I Need You Don't Say No. Good call. One of my weekend "cruzing" cassette tape regular rotation when in high school. Man those were the days.

September 14, 201610 yr Between their 1st release in 1978 and their 5th release "Heartbeat City" in '84 the Cars were a hit machine, with their debut setting the pace top to bottom with numerous radio friendly tunes. And I don't think that's counts in this. After releasing and rereleasing numerous introductory "Meet the Beatles" type albums early in their career where the same legendary hits that everybody knows continued to reappear, in '65 "Rubber Soul" began a certain change in their departure from their established "Twist and Shout", "Love Me Do", "She Loves You"...yeah yeah yeah type tunes to them releasing one groundbreaking album after another chuck full of radio friendly tunes. Deep tracks aside, almost all of their releases until their final release "Let It Be" in '70 still very much spawned numerous memorable track after track. There's just way too many to list, but if you check out the track listings from their releases from "Rubber Soul" all the way to "Let It Be" you're sure to see an astounding number of hits and tunes on them that received regular airplay and made their mark on musical history. Way more than the typical successful artist that might have two and, if lucky, three memorable songs on their releases. The Beatles spoiled us with one amazing release after another, and with so much output in such a short period of time, sure there's bound to be a handful of tunes that most might not remember, but by comparison, not very many. September 14, 201610 yr Author @B-Ball-fan brought up another, The Who "Who's Next"........besides this one and the 3 I mentioned, if you listened to 92.5 FM The Fox (in Cincinnati) or any other classic radio station, these 4 albums still get EVERY song played sometime during regular play rotations. I don't think you can say that for any others that have been mentioned. :idunno:
