I heard Boone got the win on a very rainy night. Can someone confirm?

Was anyone there to give us a game summary? Who scored? What was the general feel of the match?

Looks like all of the bgp soccer peeps are over on the Cooper/St Henry thread.

Boone County's Nathan Rice scored in the first half. Liam Gillespie scored the second goal in the first 10 seconds of the second half. Boone played composed and passed well for the first 25 to 30 minutes of the first half. The last 10 minutes or so they appeared to be in panic mode as Conner was pressing the defense trying to score. Boone held Conner scoreless for the rainy game. The Boone goalkeepers, Tyler Loechel and Brody Caldwell played an excellent game in the rain for the shutout.

Off point here, but how about former Boone Co. standout Evan O'Hara kicking for the U of L football team? That's awesome to see.
