Congratulations to Peyton and good luck this season at North Laurel and beyond at EKU!!!!!

Good fit for him. Congrats to the kid.

Like HoopJunkie said, this is a great fit. He should get a great opportunity to play and contribute in a big way that wouldn't have been there if he chased the "big school" ring. Having just moved to Richmond I am looking forward to watching him grow as a college player :thumb:

Who did he have offers from?

Who did he have offers from?

his final 4 schools were:

UAB

UNC- Ashville

Clemson

EKU

Also Samford, WKU, Leigh, SE Missouri St, Miami (Ohio) and maybe a few others

Wow, EKU stole a kid from the ACC and WKU.

All offers aren't the same most of the time. How much does the school really want you. How early do you wanna play. Proximity to family and friends. Congrats to the young man and his family.

If playing time and closeness is what he wanted then Univ of Cumberlands is about 25 min away and Union College is I think from Laurel about 35 min.

I have seen some of EKU players and they are pretty dang good.
