What's the rules about someone who let their time expire? Do they get the full clock when it gets back to them or do they get skipped until they make up their expired picks?

 

And yes, I looked and didn't see anything about how that was specifically handled.

I'm pretty sure it happened last year and Godot made the decision to skip them again. I could be wrong.
