The Social Security that has shown up on tax returns and real estate transactions is a number issued in a Connecticut office. Bill O'Rielly once said this was explainable by Obama Sr. getting the number after he moved East and attended Harvard. But there is no record of Obama Sr living in CT while he was Harvard. To date, there is no verified explanation of the reason this number is assigned to Obama. 4. First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the United States. True 5. First President to violate the War Powers Act. Maybe. I do not recall Congress formally indicating the act was violated. 6. First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. True - at least on this specific action. 7. First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party. True, though it was 100% Democratic Congressional votes that lead to the law he signed. 8.
