I think the FTJRL is getting a nice reputation as I ran into a father at last night's game who just moved to Southgate and has a son who plays in the Boone Co. league as a 4th grader. He inquired about the league and said the team his son is on has 82 kids on the roster. I about spit my drink out. He said he wanted to get him on a team in FT. Thomas.

 

Word is getting out that its a superb league and the fact that the Frosh/JV and Varsity do so well.... almost sells the program itself.

Birds played well. Head and Crawfrord ran through nice holes provided by O line. TG looked really good, especially like his ability to throw on the run. Many times he rolled to his left and threw strikes down the sidelines. Defense was laying out licks all day. Dixie had some nice sized kids, good luck to them.
