It made ZERO SENSE and the media coddled him the whole time. It was disgusting. He hadn't played competitive baseball since he was in LITTLE LEAGUE yet no one batted an eye when he said I'm going to go play baseball. Nevermind that he sucked at baseball and the team he went to play for was owned by the same people who owned the Bulls so he had a guaranteed spot on a minor league team. And he was HORRIBLE at baseball but went straight to AA baseball. All of the signs are there but it was MJ so the media poo-pooed him and put AA games on ESPN so we could watch MJ get Golden Sombreros instead of focusing on the real reason why he was playing baseball in the first place. When the Dream Team documentary came out Scottie Pippen admitted that he and MJ told Team USA that they wouldn't play for the Dream Team if they added Isiah Thomas to the team. What did Team USA do?
