The "firing" occurred two years ago. Actually, there was no firing. The job offer from Georgia was rescinded after more facts became known.

In this case though it's a government agency firing someone for religious speech in church. A direct violation of the 1st ammendment.

So a government agency didn't give him a job because of religious speech in church. Still a violation. The government must be agnostic to someone religious beliefs when hiring. What if a government agency didn't hire someone for being Muslim or a Jewish man because of Israel. Can't be tolerated.

I understand your skepticism. But, to assume that government is infallible, and that government will not violate Constitutional rights...................that would be gullible and short sighted.

I think Schilling should of been more tasteful in his approach , I don't think someone should be fired for their position on transgenders in bathrooms. But private companies have flexibility with their image.

There is no defense here. This has went over the edge. I am not surprised though. More is coming I am sure. When we cannot figure out what gender we are as a human we are in trouble from many different angles. Problem is the people who are screaming tolerance are not being very tolerant here.
