April 18, 201610 yr Walked out on my deck and looked in the northwest skies, which is basically over the city of Cincinnati.. I saw something blinking and moving. Is that it because many times those are planes. If so, why is it blinking? I do think it was it, though.

April 18, 201610 yr The ISS is high up and noticeably faster than other objects in the sky Yep, I read that. I didn't see it and is long gone.
April 19, 201610 yr My neighbor and I saw it tonight, right on schedule exactly where they said it would be at 10 degrees. It's going to be tracking tomorrow night at 19 degrees for 4 minutes, twice longer than tonight.
