And more often than not do well in the tournament. Duke's NCAA tourney record is 105-34 at the moment. UK is 122-49 at the moment.

I may be wrong in my opinion but part of this could be the result of getting to play the first two games in their home state in most years and also seemly being placed more often than not in the weakest of the 4 regional brackets.

It does seem like they sometimes receive favorable seeding and draws, but they also have a pretty good coach and have had some really good teams...

I don't disagree with the coaching and team talent.
