March 1, 201610 yr Steph is not on MJ's level. But MJ NEVER had a season like this. I'm tired of this talk from former players saying that they would beat this Warriors team or Steph would never survive in their era. If Steph played in any other era besides this one, he would average 40. Nobody has had that range, that handle, that quickness, and that ability to get the shot off so quickly. It's insane what he is doing. Russilo and Kannell said on Mike and Mike last week when talking about Oscars comments, how come in every other sport the game is better now because the players are bigger, stronger, and faster than ever before. But basketball is somehow not as good as it was back in the 60's? That doesn't make any sense. Certain players in basketball history would be great no matter the generation they played in: Magic, Bird, Kareem, MJ, Kobe, Lebron, and now Steph.
March 1, 201610 yr I would like to see how Steph would handle "Steph Rules." I think in the 80's he might have gottn' knocked into next week a few times! I am still waiting for a team to bring their own brand of "Bad Boys" to the Warriors.
March 2, 201610 yr The league will not let a "Bad Boys" brand of basketball ever break out again. Not happening...that is a good thing too...
