Really hoping Trinity isn't the unfortunate district winner that draws Male in a quarterfinal game in the regional. That's going to just be a brutal pull for some team.

 

Although several of the district runners-up are going to be more than capable of knocking off any of the district winners this year.

This is true, but don't think it was true for last night's game. Waggener actually outplayed Trinity last night. Trinity probably shot 15/27 or something ridiculous from 3 last night. Anyone have the final stats on here? Hobbs missed a tough shot in the final seconds and Trinity got the rebound and sprinted down court for a last second running jumper at the buzzer. I don't think he's a great coach, but I don't think Waggener's coach did a bad job last night. But as for the entire season? Right there with you. They're going to be a tough out.
