Javanon 87 won the 19-and-under U.S. Youth Soccer national championship yesterday afternoon in Des Moines, Iowa, with a 3-2 victory over Arsenal FC from Southern California.

Give me golf and bowling (well, golf, anyway) over the ESPN offerings of poker, dominoes, paintball, cheerleading, and the World Series of Darts anytime!

I had three of those boys: Pattrick Pittenger, Danny Walcott and Zack Hagen in school. I am thrilled for those guys as I know they worked their tails off for many years for this one dream!!!!

laundrey Gray formely of Lex Cath also played for this team. He now plays at UC for soccer and had help lead them to beat UK this year and congrats to all. this is great for soccer in KY
