What Are The Best Google Chrome Extensions?

Featured Replies

I only use a couple of extensions on Google Chrome, because frankly, I haven't put much research into what's out there. Do any other folks use them?

I have Weather Pro for, obviously, weather and forecasts. I use Google Tasks which is basically an electronic notepad for keeping a to-do list.

I use LastPass for passwords and such. I use Instapaper to save pages to read later and I use OneTab to consolidate tabs when I have a bunch open.

I have Ghostery which prevents websites from tracking your visits or collecting your data. I also have a Virtru extension for encrypting email.

I read that there's one that blocks every page that mentions "Donald Trump." I know a lot of people who would consider that the best one ever created! :D

None. I remove any I find not essential to security or operation.

Slow your browser down if you must.

Absolutely. :thumb:

The difference being that listening to bad music will not slow your day down or prevent you from doing what you need to do (unless you have serious mental issues). Putting unnecessary software on your computer, phone, or tablet, often times will.

My nose is proudly in the air. :smug:
