Which Two 10th Region Teams Are The Only One Getting AP Votes?

Featured Replies

I'll spare you the trouble of looking it up.

Brossart (12-3), 3 votes

Scott (6-10), 6 votes.

That's crazy stuff right there!

There should be 2...just not THOSE 2.

AP isn't always known for its collective savvy.

My take on the Scott votes/points - some dunderhead thought they were voting for Scott County.

And that's no disrespect to Scott. Simply has to be some kind of operator error.

People get Scott and Scott county mixed up all the time. My favorite example was the 10th Region Baseball tourney shirts that GRC was selling at the tourney last year, had Scott County listed as a participant. If the folks in the 10th region can't get it right, I'm not surprised there are some AP guys that can't get it right.
