Alright, curious what folks saw and think about the freshmen class (that is now Sophomores) after watching Districts and Regions (and for some State). As we jump into travel ball, curious what folks saw or will they still evaluate during travel ball?

Saw her this weekend in Northern Kentucky with the NKY Steelers. Nice player and really great speed.

Perhaps we should just talk about the top freshmen in your respective region or Area. I am curious how the season went for the Class of 2019 as I think they are very talented. So what did people see in your region/area. GO!

So who do you guys have as your top incoming freshman in the 2020 class?

Going to be a great class from what I have seen on the HS and travel ball circuit! Some great talent in 2020 class!

Class of 2019 freshman (now sophomores) are developing nicely. Emmy Blane, from Christian Co has a verbal with UK. Always love to hear about girls from our own state representing UK. Christian Co has another talent who Lawson is looking at in Tyler Shemwell. New kid this year who transferred from UHA.

That is fantastic and what position and travel team does she play with now? I always try to keep up on our instate local talent. Thanks.

Emmy Blane is a member of the Southern Force-Carroll team. Lindsay Carroll, who plays for McCracken County has verballed with Murray State University. Tyler Shemwell plays for P-Town.

Not being partial here, but Abby Rust at HHS is as good as any listed (with maybe the exception of Kayari...love that player!). Abby has dressed Varsity since 6th grade and played a lot on last year's varsity team. Many don't realize she is just a freshman this year. I agree with the others you have listed! Nice list!

Based on last year's HS performance, this young lady is the real deal.

I have to throw in two girls from the NKY Stealers who will be Frosh this coming year.

 

Star Smith- Boone Co, had a great summer started 2b last year for Boone.

Addisyn Michael- Walton Verona, started at 3b for them and also had a great summer

 

Agree with Coach Coffey as well on Rust. She will have a big impact this year
