And Coach Wood (one year term with Willie sitting very closely beside him on the bench) replaced Gary Turner who basically came from Campbell County who replaced Woody Crum from Harrison County fame who replaced Coach Wood in his first tenure.

Jamey Johnson was pretty much the front-runner at Deming from the moment Coach Aaron Massey resigned. I think both schools did well for their respective programs!

IMO, a solid goal for the young Wildcats this season is to win 18 games and try to make it back to the regional semifinals.
