I would support a 6 class system, but only if it included classes for private schools.

I didnt no it was final yet? Hope not, I don't like the sound of it, there are to many mismatches in the early rounds already. With 190+ teams making it to the playoffs it would be worse. IMO

Why not make about 60 or 70 different classes and give every third team in the state a championship trophy. Maybe if Boone Co. could play Male (and beat them) in the state final game then all the Ballards and Shelby Co.s in the state would realize that it can be done through hard work and not because some committee waters down the competition.

The sad truth is that this whole issue is not about the students... it is about parents, principals and athletic directors...and that's a shame.
