Top linemen in NKY

Featured Replies

I will take Bo Hebel.. He just manhandles people..Has great feet for as big as he is..

The lineman I am most interested to follow is current soph Kam Butler at CCH. Listed at 6'3 215. Played DE this past season.

Kid will have a chance to get some looks as he gets older.

Chris Reisiger from CovCath was as good an offensive lineman as you would find in NKY. He played DLine some too because he was so big and physical. He is 6'2 and about 285 with good feet and great football mind

Lawrence was a very good Defensive lineman from NCC this year

Colton Williams while only a sophomore at SK definitely deserves to be on this list. It would not surprise me if the young man received an offer or two in the next few weeks.

Chase Ross will be a good one, has all the measurables and really long arms! As a unit this year and after watching Powell's highlight film, I am impressed with SK's entire line. They got him to the second level cleanly a lot.

One kid that hasnt recieved a lot of credit for his contributions is Braden Hermes of Beechwood. He saw some duty as a junior but played both ways as a senior. He and Justin Overstreet were powerful run blockers and played very well off each other on the d line in the middle. He is a tough kid who ate double teams and still managed to make some big plays for his team. Justin and Braden played very well together on both sides of the ball

Gage Tucker

Scott should utilize him on both sides of the line next season .

Yea Tucker is a force, I do question his conditioning after watching him against Johnson Central. To me if Tucker is in the game on that last play Johnson Central does not have time to make that throw.

I agree his conditioning was lacking later part of the season . He had been sidelined several weeks without practice or play with an injury in the Conner game . I wish he had been on the field as well , the end of the last game . Not sure the true outcome would have been different, but his competitive drive and size could of played a factor. I am glad for him , he has one more year.
