Tried coming back vs Buffalo, hurt it again. Tried coming back after the bye, hurt it again and is now out for the season. $16 million tied up in those two players. Someone better be getting cut or contracts restructured next season.

If he plays for 15 years, and most consider him an average QB (this season obviously better), his numbers would stack up against anyone pre-modern era. The offenses are different, the rules are different, and folks throw the ball much more frequently.

That's why I think Eli separates himself with his super bowls.
