Voice of Reason Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Russellville had a much closer game last week than expected, squeaking out a 38-36 win over Campbellsville. Reports also are that a couple of key offensive players watched the end of that game from the sideline after being injured. This week's opponent Bethlehem defeated Russellville's district rival Crittenden County by almost the exact same score as Russellville. This game is looking like a tossup. What is the game plan for each team? Are the injured players out this week for Russellville? How will those injuries affect them and the game plan? Is Bethlehem suddenly the favorite in this one if Russellville's injured players are out?
Jim Schue Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Bethlehem rushed for more than 500 yards Friday v. Crittenden. The Eagles' line was dominant on both sides of the ball.
Voice of Reason Posted November 15, 2015 Author Posted November 15, 2015 This sounds like a throwback, ground and pound game if that is Bethlehem's game plan. Russellville is very run focused also, aren't they?

FSfan Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Russellville usually always has speed and can break one at anytime. Their line play is usually their weakness as is their lack of depth. Don't know much about Bethlehem, if they can control the line they may have the advantage. Jim Schue, I love your avatar..."That's hard times!"

BossHog72 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 On previous threads i read that the injured players were Drumgole #25 i believe he is a JR Running back and Bigbee who is also a RB but is a Sr. Any news on them as far as far as there injury's? Are they starters or contributors?
Purple88 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Are they starters or contributors? They are 2 of Russellville's best contributors. IMO, Russellville can not replace those guys. If they can play or not will be critical to this game.
BossHog72 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 How serious are the injury's? Best of luck to both young men
GloryDays Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 On previous threads i read that the injured players were Drumgole #25 i believe he is a JR Running back and Bigbee who is also a RB but is a Sr. Any news on them as far as far as there injury's? Are they starters or contributors? Bigbee is an outstanding RB, and Drumgole is a good contributor as well. I think I recall that Drumgole started the season with an injury and came in midseason. As for the report, did they "watch the last minutes" after Russellville went up 39-29 late in the 4th?
Jim Schue Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Do we have any update on the status of the young men from Russellville who are injured?
Jim Schue Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 I'll be heading down a little early on Friday so I have time to stop and grab a bite to eat before the game. Any local recommendations?
