November 13, 201510 yr Like you I smile when I see the Colts breaking another rule, the hypocrisy... On a side note, I think the Trademark Business needs to be revisited. Also from the article: But Texas A&M does have the trademark, and as a result the Seahawks pay Texas A&M for the right to use the term. Now Texas A&M is hoping to use the courts to force the Colts to pay up as well.

At least in the case of big time college football, the universities are the NFL farm system and they and the NFL collude with each other at the expense of the players.
