I didn't get to see so much as a minute of this. Did anyone catch it?

Jaylen Johnson came off the bench for 14 pts and 10 rebs in 22 mins. Quentin Snider also came off the bench (though he ultimately played a team-high 27 mins) and racked up eight assists.

On the really positive side for a team that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn last season, freshman Donovan Mitchell went 3-4 from behind the arc in 16 minutes of play.

Judging from the little bit I've read, this team will have a lot to work on between now and the Michigan State game in early December.

Cards play Kentucky Wesleyan in the final preseason exhibition on Monday, November 9 at 7 pm at the Yum Center.

Louisville has a long ways to go. They did look pretty solid in stretches

Cheering for Q at UL but can't wait to see those road games in the ACC. No way those teams take it easy on Pitino.

Multiple writers said Louisville looked at its best with Snider, Lee, and Lewis all on the floor together. Did you get a sense of that?

Good to see CCH grad Nick Fredrick with a bucket.

I would agree with that. Snider played great.

Really like Snider. Think he is a heady guard that plays the game at a good pace for UofL

Snider will be the best PG in the group.

Donovan Mitchell will be starting at some point this season.

While we have more depth at the 4/5, there still isn't any stand out talent down there.
