Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Mason County? Remember, please be constructive.

Mason will be as good as anybody. Their top seven players are very good and are all underclass men. They will not win them all but they will be tough to beat. Everyone has highexpections! Go Lady Royals!!!

Indeed the team to beat in the 10th for sure. The great run those Sophmores (at the time) went on last season was totally unexpected and has the school and community pumped for this season. So would anything other than a repeat 10th region title and state run be considered unsuccecful? These girls will have a huge target on their back this season and i am interested to see how they respond to that as well as how new coach Brad Cox handles the pressure in his first season as Ladt Royal coach.

These girls can't spell pressure. They have played in so many big games including AAU that they won't beat themselves.

All of the girls looks really good in practice but O'Mara and Boone really stood out.

I'm really excited to see how Coach Cox and the girls work together. Brad is an exellent X's and O's coach which is how Rabbit raised these girls. Expect great things in the near future with the talent, depth, athleticism, and mental toughness that this team has.

I agree 100% but I'm not sure they'll get the respect they deserve from across the state since they were considered a "Cinderella story" last year.

They played E-town and it was a very good game that O'Mara did not play in so E-town pulled away in the last few minutes to win by 8. They beat Covington Holy Cross really bad. Other than that I'm not quite sure.

Lost four games all summer, I believe. I know they lost to E-Town, Sacred Heart and East Carter. Week later beat East Carter at the Fieldhouse. Don't remember the other loss.

Scrimmages are Nov 21 at Franklin Co. and plays Dunbar. Second scrimmage is Nov 28 at Highlands. Not sure who Mason plays.

I expect Mason to be fun team to watch this season. How are they adapting to the new coach?
