I will be updating as we get closer just wanted to give everyone an look ahead. This is for Sunday. Everyone can see the rain located along the Ohio River with showers showing over much of Kentucky.

October 22, 201510 yr Author We all know that it never rains or for that matter is even cloudy on Sundays, the weather channel for our area(Northeastern Ky.?) is calling for showers on Saturday, bright sun on Sunday and Monday. 2015 will be remembered as the year with no Fall I don't use any other weather outlet to make my forecast. Everything I seen today points to heavy rain staring on Sunday. Here is the QPF map for Saturday that shows almost no chance of rain for Saturday during the daytime hours as of right now. This map shows from 8 pm Friday to 8 pm Saturday. Now Starting around 8 pm Saturday night the chance for rain start to increase for NKY and as the rain moves NE along the Ohio River. Then from Sunday to Tuesday NKY looks to pick up around an 1/2" of rain. As I stated in my first post that Sunday looks to be the start of a stormy pattern. From Tuesday-Thursday NKY is looking at getting from 1.25"-1.50" of rain. Those west of I-75 during the same time period are looking at 1.5"-2". Parts of Kentucky east of I-75 are looking at the same amount of rain that NKY could get. The main area of concern looks to be around the Bowling Green area which could receive 2"+. I will update as we get closer.
October 22, 201510 yr Once again I hope you are right, higher temps than Las Vegas this week. Would like to see a solid week or two of rain,cold and clouds set in. Trees are full and green around here. Flooding in Arizona and can't get a drizzle around here
October 22, 201510 yr Author Update for Sunday: The rain chances have increase for much of Kentucky. It is now between 60-70% The amount of rain accumulation is around .5-.75" with parts of WKY maybe getting close to an inch.

It seems the 90% chance of rain is around 8 am in the morning. From around 12 to 2 pm the chance drops to about 50-60%. Then the rain chance goes back up to around 90% Saturday evening. On the bright side the accumulation amounts look to be on the low side. Maybe .25-.50".

October 23, 201510 yr Author this water vapory imagery shows the front that will pass through Kentucky this weekend and give us the rain. The important thing to look at is down by Mexico. You can see the leading edges of Hurricane Patricia entering into Mexico. The remnants of this hurricane are projected to pass through Kentucky by mid next week. Parts of Kentucky are looking at 2"+ of rain. As of now mainly in WKY. The rest of Kentucky may receive over an 1+.
October 23, 201510 yr nWo, Can you send lots of rain and cloudy overcast weather into the Mason/Robertson area. This Arizona weather with November approaching is getting old. Are we going to have Fall/winter this year? Been a hot dry 3 months for this area

Don't let this warm start to fall and maybe warm start to winter fool anyone. Every sign I've see is pointing to things changing in January. February is when we should be really on the lookout for cold temps and wintry precipitation.

At the time you were predicting this, almost every other media outlet in NKY was saying rain for Saturday, a forecast that I believe you have now changed to also. As I stated in my first post that Sunday looks to be the start of a stormy pattern. Almost everyone else says dry for Sunday. But I do agree - Tues-Thurs - wet.
