There will be letter sent to all students so they can vote on the 2 names chossen. The board then must approve which one is picked. Hopefully they won't choose Trailblazers.

It's not our school, it's the kids..and whatever they choose on, as long as its within reason and not totally ridiculous, then, should be the name.

 

Not to threadjack.....but it is the community's school. The kids are there for a short time but the community has to live with the name.

... Why not show off the tech side of the school and be called the Flashing Cursors?

A Pioneer, I think.

Isn't the student body voting on the new name this week? Trailblazers or Titans? Anything else changing? school song? the "M"? ........

I've also heard that the nickname is not final. I've heard the students are going to be allowed to vote between Trailblazers, Titans, and possibly one other. Personally, I like Titans.
