Looking at their district and remaining schedule, Paris seems to be the only team they don't stack up against. However that's on paper and games aren't decided by whats on paper. What are yall's thoughts on BB making a decent playoff run? What round would they run into Beechwood?

Their playoff run will last until the 1st round, no good options in the cross district that they will be playing in.

Not even Dayton or Bellevue?

The district they will be playing with is Fairview, Paintsville, and Raceland. Realignment has made it hard on that district to go far in the playoffs if you don't get the 1 seed.

Brossart and Paris are both in District 5. The 1st place team from District 5 plays the 5th place team from District 8, and the 2nd place team from District 5 plays the 3rd place team from District 6. Fairview looks to be the likely #3 in District 6, and it looks like Phelps is likely to be #5 in District 8.

 

Should Brossart win their district, they would likely be able to beat Phelps, and if Brossart is second place in their district (which is probably more likely), then I think they would have at least a shot at beating Fairview.

I think its pretty crummy that one team out of the entire 1A clads is goina get the shaft. They need to make it similar to the nfl and be done with it. Only take the district champ, and the runner up.

After this weeks game with Bracken County, BB and Paris will have played 2 common opponents in Ludlow and Bracken. This could give us a pretty good gauge of how the BB/Paris game could potentially go.

Paris is legit. They have some size and are EXTREMELY fast.
