Bengals trying beat the Chiefs with the clock. The play clock after the chiefs timeout started before the managers were off the field never did hear the officials whistle to start the play clock. It was already down to 10-12 sec. when they were coming back from the sideline. Officials act like they have no clue about running a NFL game.
