Humphrey tackle sure by Wellman, 3rd Down at B32

Brown scrambles and escapes contain to the 15, 1st and 10

Humphrey down to the 1, 1st and Goal...just running through Belfry

1:07 in Half

21-7..Midland on doorstep

Hendricks short of endzone, 2nd and Goal at 1

1 yard run by Stapleton TOUCHDOWN MIDLAND

:32 in Half

28-7 Midland

That was a very costly Interception... you run it and play field position you go in down 21-7 getting the ball

Now down 28-7

Short kick and Belfry muffs it, CM recovers

Brown deep pass and gets one foot in..TOUCHDOWN CM

Hendricks with the TD catch

28 points off turnovers

:25 in Half

35-7 Midland

I expected Belfry to compete better,,, and 4 huge turnovers are killer...but make no mistake or question about it... CM simply is outclassing Belfry

HALF

35-7 Cabell Midland

Total and complete domination... that was a 14 point Interception... but CM is simply on a whole different level

Yikes! I knew CM was good, but I didn't see this coming. How is Belfry's OL handling Donahue? And conversely, how is Midland's OL handling Horton?

I was afraid this would happen. Didn't want to say it because I always pull for the ky team, but Cabbell could hang with the 3-5 6a teams in ky, IMO. Hopefully the Pirates right the ship.

Both have made plays but Donahue's have been bigger

Big sack and a fumble recover for Donahue... Horton has a couple TFL's

The story of the Half has been turnovers by Belfry and simply a mix of bad tackling in the second level and just the CM backs being MEN and earning the broken tackles
