Adair is coming off a big time 45-19 road win against KCD while Edmonson lost 33-8 to Etown. Who does everyone have in this district game?

I wasnt able to make the game friday but however did get to listen to it my opinion they played a very good second half and made another step in the right direction. I hope they are totally focused on Edmonson this week and not ahead to E-town if they are i think Adair will win.

I think Adair wins, but I wouldn't be shocked if Edmonson beat them at home. Just not sold on that powder schedule they are playing.

Personally have seen both these team play a similar opponent and trust me, the Wildcats have nothing for the Indians. AC will blow this one out early and go on for a win around 42-14

Edmonson County has 4 wins that are very deceiving. They come to opponents who have a combine record of 5-19. I've watched 6 games this season and even though they won the game I seen them play, they were the less impressive team I've seen thus far...

Adair County also stands at 6-0 with 6 wins over teams with a combined 9-27 record. This too is not impressive but believe the speed of the AC's QB Melton, RB Lasley, and WR Jackson will be way too much for the Wildcats to even make this a game.

This could be a trap game for the Indians. I feel they are by far the better team in this matchup. But, coming off a big road win and E-town looming after the bye week there is the possibility. That being said, I think this group is mature enough not to look ahead and get the job done this Friday.

I think this could be a trap game for the Indians as game will be close early but Indians pull away 38-13

This might be close at first. It might not get to a running clock, but it will be close to one.

Honestly guys, give me one legitimate reason why you feel Edmonson County can make this a good game? Pretty much one dimentional, they throw less than 10 times a game. The line is average at best. So give me a legit reason why you feel this one will be close. Trap game? These are high school kids... I will be surprised if this one is not a running clock by mid 3rd quarter.

How was metcalfe so close to beating Adair?? Did they have players out or something? If not then how would you not expect this to be a somewhat close game?

Metcalfe played it's best game of the season thus far that night. It was rainy and Adair started the 1st drive off by snapping ball over punters head that was then blocked and took over 1st and goal from the 4 yard line. That set the tone for the 1st half. You guys are putting way too much in that game. Metcalfe is pretty good defensively and gave the Indians trouble in the 2nd half but the Indians offense can hang points on you quick. I am going based on what I've seen from both teams this season and feel this will not even be a game. If I'm wrong, I'll eat my crow. AC 42, EC 14

with teams like Adair, Hart, Metcalfe and Edmonson depth plays a huge factor. Injuries can turn a year. Adair looks to be down one or two of their pre season and week 0 starters,( its hard to tell sometimes who they start with all of the subs), is Edmonson healthy? or relatively healthy? how is there depth? I honestly do not expect this to be a game, and on paper I do not know that it should be. Having said this, Edmonson plays hard, and mad at the world, and that gets results sometimes.

Adair co has a few players out including starting receiver Cameron Lasley, who went down in the 1st quarter vs Taylor co. I also know D-end and O-tackle, and a 2 yr starter at linebacker have missed some action but all and all Adair is pretty healthy for this point of the season. I totally expect AC to bring it this week and set up a huge game 2 weeks from friday.
