I would expect NCC to win one of the matches handily, and the other to be very competitive.

The tournament also included the teams ranked at #7, #45, #5, #27, #63, & #30. So it appears to be a pretty nice tournament to win.

 

I find it amazing what some of the NKY schools are able to do with the limited resources and small student body they have. NCC has only 2 games remaining on their regular season schedule, playing Cooper and ND in the coming week. Both are schools with approximately 4 times the enrollment and I expect the Breds to be very competitive in both.

Shame the NCC vs. SK game got cancelled. I was looking forward to that matchup and see a rematch of the Socceroma game to see how both teams had grown.

A football class with 32-42 teams good be great, there are 32 teams in the NFL, put them all in a tournament and it is a very good tournament.

 

The number of teams is irrelative in any class, any sport, any tournament, on and on. What is relative is the strength of the teams top to bottom.

If you put together a 4 team tournament with Barca, ManU, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich, you would arguably have the strongest soccer tournament today.

 

Take Barca and put them in a tournament with 10000 HS teams, this is not a strong tournament.

The 32 teams in a football class is hardly comparable to the parity found in the NFL. Come the beginning of November we will see the first 3-4 rounds of the football state championship filled with scores of 70 - 0. There will be mismatches and lopsided scores all the way through the state semi-finals.

Not a good argument because those four teams are very, very good and the EPL top to bottom is very good. For entertainment purposes only, I'll take the EPL tournament simply because it provides me with more great games to watch.
