Andy is certainly playing well this year, he is better on longer balls which is a huge improvement.

I have no problem with this. They arw teammates. I'd prefer this over Kevin Love's answer about the MVP last year.

Yes I realize there are a couple of other teams that could take Dalton or it would be a push upgrade (Giants, Rams, Eagles) but what this guy is saying is insane :lol2:

 

In no way is Andy Dalton in the conversation of best QB or even in the conversation of "Elite" status.

 

But I also would take him over more than your list or at least consider to be pushes;

My additions are also for winning this season, not projecting into how good any QB could be down the road.

 

This also doesn't take into account the big name QB's back ups that are currently playing in Pitt, New Orleans and Dallas.
