Who does Raceland have to throw against the County tomorrow? Could be an interesting game since Raceland is one up on the County. Saw this coming weeks ago. And then definant after the draw. Good luck to both teams.

I am not sure who they will throw, Rams have about 4 kids that I believe that they feel confident as starters.

Rams will have to play perfect to have a chance tomorrow. Boyd has every pitcher except Moore to use. Good luck, you'll need it.

Congrats Rams. Ashland had several opportunities early in this game and blew it. Bases loaded in the first and a runner gets picked at first. Runner gets gunned at the plate in the second inning and then again in the third. Raceland was just holding on during the first three innings, then you could feel the momentum switching during the 4th inning. Some nice defensive plays by the Rams then Grizzle found his confidence and shut Ashland down the last four innings. Fun game to watch.

Believe me, I am not celbrating a regional title too early, you are right in Rams will have to be on top of their game vs. Boyd. Boyd imo will have to be the favorite. They have more pitching left I believe than the Rams do but the Rams still have some capable arms left. I don't have to have a title to celebrate a Rams victory tonight.

Rams spread the hitting out. Ashland's Bias kept Raceland off balance with his curve. The story tonight was defense. Ashland only had a few hits , but got a lot of base runners via the walk. Ram defense made some nice to plays to get out with little damage. Darby picks a runner off first to get out of a base loaded situation. Miller made 3 nice catches in center and threw a runner out at 2nd . Tolliver made a diving catch at short that ended an inning. Ram defense probably played its best game of the season. Reynolds or phillips will be on the mound for Boyd. Raceland will need the good defense again to have a chance. Good luck Rams, bring it on home. :banana: :banana: :banana:
