Raceland 7 Rowan County 5

Featured Replies

Raceland comes from behind and score 5 runs in the 5th. Blake Morris gets the win. Phillips gets the save.

Thank you for the score - Way to go rams :flame: :flame: Lets go get the Tomcats tommorrow night:dancingpa

I would think Raceland would throw Grizzle tomorrow night and Ashland will throw Bias.

^ Who else do they have left to back up Grizzle, how many innings did Phillips and Morris go tonight?

Morris went 6, and Phillips went the last inning.

Rams still have Phillips, Reynolds,Morgan , and Miller to back Grizzle up. Rams hit the ball well tonight. Miller was 3-4 with a double and RBI and Phillips was 2-4 with 3 RBI's.

Good job, Rams! Good Luck tonight against the tomcats.

This is totally off the subject but I noticed something humorous. Old Rambler will eclipse TBF in posts sometime today or tomorrow. This could generate the same kind of interest we had in the McGuire/Sosa home run race or Bonds/Babe or Bonds/Aaron. He will surpass Tubby (both Raceland supporters) in less than 3 months (took Tubby 5 years) which could indicate performance enhancing drugs. This performance by Old Rambler begs for BP to look at a tougher drug policy or at least an asterisk next to his name in the record books. His "Raceland Ram" record breaking post will probably fetch six figures on ebay. If the post comes on the same day that the Rams win the regional championship it may get seven figures. Good luck to your Rams the rest of the way! LOL:lol:

I don't really know what your point is but whatever. I would think that if a person pays their membership fee and stays within the rules that posting is what keeps bgp going. I was not aware of any limits on the number of post, if you don't like my number (or anyone else's for that matter) then might I suggest that you don't read them. I enjoy bgp and it helps me pass my day and keep my mind going, you see I am disabled and cannot get out and about like I used to (if it was any of your business which it is not).

Oldrambler. I don't think he meant anything deorgatory towards you. The number of post on BGP at times becomes a contest with some people. It's like a milestone to get your 100th post and your 1000th post. I'm quite certain Eagle meant it all in fun.

I got your back Rambler.

But I'm guessing that he was just trying for a humorous post (unless you guys have a sorid past?). There have been some recent threads about some people passing others in number of posts on BGP - I guess its a sort of friendly competition and banter. Perhaps he was trying to bug TBF? but I dont think it was a negative towards you at all.

Actually it might be more of a compliment on your active input on the matters of the world;) - or at least our most important corner of it:D :thumb: :ylsuper:

Keep on posting and having fun:jump:

and one more thing..............

GO TOMCATS , beat those dastardly ramblers

 :D :ylsuper: :thumb: :ylsuper:  :D :D :D

Tomcat Cheers, Woody Jr

OldRambler.

I thought it was quite humorous. Hopefully you can see the lighthearted nature of the post and its reference to Baseball's plight.

I guess I need to find some Andro and try to keep up.:thumb:

Woody,

I've been backing you up in that Football thread for a week now and you root against my Ramblers.

What is most important your allegiance to your Tomcats or our newfound friendship???????? :p
