Belfry travels to Harlan County on Friday night. Harlan had a big win over Clay County but also a huge loss to Southwestern. Can the Black Bears scare the Pirates?

I expect Belfry's defense to return to form this week.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the Offense regress a little as I have a feeling this will be a very Defense heavy week of practice. Haywood really pounded the Offense leading up to Tates Creek.

Think Belfry looks a little rusty on O and puts the ball on the turf some..but in the end win this one convincingly

It looks like Harlan County is better than their first game. Limped out of the gate. So with 2 important players out for Belfry, could Harlan Co. Be in this game?

Belfry should still be in control, and I have a feeling the defense will set the tone.

You never know what to expect from a young QB with no varsity experience so we will have to just wait and see.

Dont think it has been posted on here officially but Tusi eluded to it

Belfry will be starting a Freshman QB this game, Avery Browning.

I am trying to remember the last time a Freshman QB started a game for Belfry and cannot think of one.

The crazy part is it wouldn't surprise me to see Browning remain the starter as long as he protects the football. At least for a few games.

The two suspended players really do not effect Belfry's Defense.

As far as I'm concerned, having been a follower of Belfry football over the years, It really wont make A difference, he could be A 6 grader and still do well...it's the system and coach Heywood that makes the diff. Belfry big

Going out on a limb here. Usually one upset a week at least. Harlan County better than first game, Belfry freshman qb, Belfry minus 2 starters, Tates Creek is terrible. So, upset

Belfry by a bunch!
