Decent??? Please explain your definition of decent. To me, any team that shows up and can "compete" on a regular basis is "Decent". I'm sure they appreciate the compliment.

 

Compliment, reality, whatever, BS will win by 2TD's.

How is Bryan Station's offense undisciplined, they scored 41 on Highlands last year, beat Scott County, put up 49 on LC last year, this year 49 in 1st game, 35 against a very good SK team, scored alot on the Ryle team in the scrimmage a few weeks ago even though they have alot of new receivers and there best RB got hurt early in the game. Bryan Station's problem is always the same thing lack of depth!! I think undisciplined is an unfair comment for a team that scores so many points. Might not be the offense you like at Ryle but it is still a well coached team.

 

I have to agree that they appear to be undisciplined. Watched the game on hudl and they QB and receivers are quick to break from the set play and scramble around looking for anything. Running plays as well - the RB would make a weird cutback away from his blockers and hunt and peck for a few more yards.

 

SK had a hard time adjusting to the improvisation in the first half but started to be more disciplined in the second half to their benefit. They stayed in their gaps and played their areas, not getting drawn away from their responsibility and it work much better.

 

Bottom line, this is how Cooper plays on defense so as long as they stick to it they should be fine.

I only asked because you see Highlands as "Very Good" and Cooper as "Decent". My bad for misunderstanding that Decent is better than Very Good. :thumb:

I think this one will be fairly close, my big toe tells me. It'll be a good game I would imagine since they seem pretty evenly matched (so my big toe whispers...).
