I still say something happened to you on your many trips into Ludlow. You seem to take great pleasure in kicking them whenever they are down. I get accused of being narrow in my thinking but no one can be anymore obvious in who they are pulling for then you. CCH, NDA and whomever is playing Ludlow.

I have no problem with it, and have grown to expect it. Doesn't bother me in the slightest - that is, until someone else does the same and BZ gets defensive.

If you asked many on here I lose it on a regular basis but to the many people in the community in which I was born and raised they strongly encourage me to continue to defend the plight of the little school which I do so with vigor..And it is these people that I most care about and how they feel about me. Not much worried with those outside the city limits..:lol:

 

Got it. Let me just say that the tradition, the passion and the interest that exists here in NK in most all the communities is something of which I am very proud to be part. I absolutely love the healthy, competitive pride each community holds dear for their respective schools. So I too encourage you to stay the course. Just know, that not everyone outside your community is attacking it...so a defense is not always warranted. Ludlow, imo is one of the many gems in this part of the world! With that said, let me concede that I am not yet tuned into the personalities behind the nicknames...so forgive my catching up; and thanks for the help.

It was a very good post, where else in Ky do you get this many heated rivalries. CCH BW in football and baseball. Conner Boone, Conner Ryle, Boone Ryle, Newport NCC, CCH HC, There's undoubtedly a big matchup between school every single day.

I was wondering if a VMA victory ever got this much play on BGP's my post will be #23? Sort a nice for the school and their kids... It really was a good game and Dixie had better not take VMA to lightly....... One never, never knows what just might happen right BigZig, and can I except to be reading a post from you if CovCath loses to HC on Tuesday? If CovCath wins?

Maybe we surprised a lot of people this year, in all honesty Im not really sure, it was a good win though, and may I mention that Dixie has to beat Lloyd first. Driffmeier could give Dixie a little trouble tomorrow. I expect a much better game then some expect.

No probably not. Since we are no longer in that District I can honestly say I'm not interested in who wins from that district. Would appreciate it if in the future when you want to make your comments pro or con on Ludlow that you state your case and leave any comments directed at me out. Just really not interested any longer. This whole thing has pretty much ran its course with me. Other then getting on to participate in the Nextel Cup Contest that Scribe does so well I'll probably be backing away at least for the summer and may be back around football season.:walk:

Maybe we surprised a lot of people this year, in all honesty Im not really sure, it was a good win though, and may I mention that Dixie has to beat Lloyd first. Villa has definetly surprised some people this year, me being one of those. They lose a close game to Holmes then turn around and knock both Lloyd and Ludlow off later in the season. That IMO shows a team with "a spirit that will not die" (just having a little fun with Old Guy-not actually sure if thats the exact words of the colonel motto or not) But once again congrats to Villa and I'll be pulling for you all to beat either Dixie or lloyd and also in the Region. :thumb:

It's nice to see some fans come out for us, and I'll tell you one thing, we aren't done yet, we are going to make a run at this. We've gotten our opportunity and now we are going to try and capitalize.
