Has there EVER been a game that UK #1fan wasn't worried?

I have heard, I have seen that Station has tons of speed. I get that, but then again so did Lafayette last season. All the talk was the D1 players/ linemen and athletes that they had in Lafayette's roster.... And looked at the outcome, SK took it to them. My point is for this game, does speed really factors in? I believe SK makes adjustment to the speed that Station brings just like they did last season against a highly favored, speedy and athletic Lafayette.

I agree with this. I thought Lafayette's speed would have effected them more last year too because I didn't think last year's SK team was very fast. But they did find a way to win. I think this is a great early season match up for them. If speed is a factor and Station takes advantage of it, it sets up SK to make adjustments early rather than later. This is an interesting match up. I felt Station had a lot of athletes, but defense was not their strong suit. May be a high scoring affair!

SK took Lafayette to the wood shed. SK is better coached. Last year against Lafayette Dillon Powell was the fastest kid on the field. Station will make mistakes. I watched the Knox\Bryan Station game last night and SK can beat them. Their qb is dangerous but I think SK can bottle him up.

No, they referenced them as a team that SK has played in the past and handled their speed...even when some felt SK's team was not as fast as Lafayette. That and Dixie are the only real comparisons we have for addressing team speed with SK. That's why they were brought up. I know what kind of athletes Station has, I'm a Highlands fan! I saw them! That's what makes this game very interesting.

^^^ Station beat Lafayette by 3 points gamebreaker, c'mon. The reference is that Lafayette had tons of talent/ D1 players and SK beat them good. Where as Station only beat them by 3. I think what the " northerners " are saying that SK has all the nucleus weapons back from last season that thumped LHS and Station only squeaking by 3 pts. Thats all sir.

Station has a good team they should win next week against Cooper but this week they have a battle with SK. It is a good match up in the trenches. Should be a fun night for SK!

You say Ryle is going to beat SK every year but that never happens. I like what i seen in Bryan Station nice looking Lexington team. SK will beat them though!
