Legend looked good in the 7 on 7's. Live fire is different, but he looked like a gamer.

 

I've heard good things. I've yet to see him play in-person. Looking forward to Friday night and the rest of the season with him at the helm for the Knights.

This Legend kid is good considering this season will be his first full time at the helm. He has a tons of speedy weapons which will boost his confidence. He will only get better as the season goes. Next season he will also have several weapons waiting and chomping at the bits. Bennington, Hodges, Roden, Buchannani.

Does the 6'8 270 Chris Jackson or 6'3 290 Xavier Moavero get any playing time. Those boys are huge?

Moavero is on the D-line rotation, Jackson considering this is only his 2nd year playing football is improving very well and he is strong as an ox. Lankford and Carpenter are your best bet in playing in the next level. Ballard has the size and strenght but only a sophomore. Correct me if i'm wrong Lex or have anything else to add.

I'm going to be honest with you uk#1fan, Line play is good, but in HS I much rather have average line and great skills players instead of the other way around, In my opinion Lex Catholic receivers will be the difference. The return of Jalen Jones ( 1,600 yrd ), Ryle might box him up, which leads to single coverage to JJ Ogbugo, Morris and the Thompson twins... I like those chances.

Jackson was so raw last year, but he's made strides this season. Huge steps for a beginner in the sport.

 

Next level Carpenter and Lankford will play at some level.

No more training wheels. I thought we looked solid against Ballard, the Boone game isn't a good game to gauge, but these next 3 will tell us if we are the real deal.

Good to hear. Coach Perry has these kids on the right track this early in the season. It's easy to lose focus after a blowout.

Jaylen Jones is the best running back I've seen in a long time. The man is the definition of I'm just here so I wont get fined. I just hope he doesn't go beast mode because if he does Ryle might as well take theirselves home. JJ as well might be the man of the year. I mean this kid jumps higher then Michael Jordan withe hands of O'Dell Beckham. Finally that Legend kid, I think the name says it all. Lexington Catholic is not only going to murder Ryle tonight, but they are gonna Resurrect and Baptize them as well. Final Score you ask? Simple 35-14. I hope Engler saw this one coming in the History Books because social studies is the only thing he's good at.
